The purpose of pasteurization of cream, various mixtures, including fatty ones, is the destruction of pathogenic microflora, obtaining a product that is safe for the consumer in sanitary and hygienic terms, reducing the total bacterial contamination, directed change in the physicochemical properties of fat mixtures to obtain the desired properties of the finished product (organoleptic , viscosity, density, etc.).
These goals can be achieved using a pasteurizer, which can be of various designs. To date, the most effective in terms of achieving production goals is the plate-scraper pasteurizer. In a plate-type scraped surface heat exchanger, fat mixtures are heated in a continuous continuous flow.

- Plate scraper pasteurizer-regenerator of UPR series. Installed in the line before the oil former. It makes it possible to pasteurize the mixture at a temperature of up to 120 ° C, and then regenerate it to 65-70 ° C. Productivity – up to 3 t / h;
- Plate scraper pasteurizer cream of the UPS series. Installed in the line before the separator. It makes it possible to pasteurize the cream at temperatures up to 120 ° C, and then regenerate it to 85-90 ° C. Productivity – up to 5 t / h;
- Plate scraper pasteurizer for thick media of the UPG series for spray drying plants . It is integrated into the line for heating and pasteurization of thickened products in the stream in front of the spray dryer up to 90 ° C. Productivity – 1.1 t / h.
