The process of manufacturing products in Adamas coalescing boilers can be divided into stages:

  • sourdough addition
  • fermentation
  • technological processing of the curd (cutting the curd, heating, whey selection)
  • clot drain

The Boiler-coagulator  is made in the form of a vertical cylindrical tank with a volume of 3.7 cubic meters, equipped with the following elements:
– a vertical cutting-kneading device of the “lire” type with a drive, with a power of 1.5 kW (the mechanism has a frequency regulation of speed and a reverse);
– heating jacket (hot water or steam);
– a hatch with a protective grill;
– valve for pumping out whey;
– thermal insulation;
– temperature sensor.

– tank illumination
– two rotary washing heads (this allows high-quality sanitization of equipment with less consumption of washing solution)

Coalescer boiler, drive elements, stirring device and fittings are completely made of acid-resistant food grade steel.
