The ADAMAS SP-350 melting boiler is designed for crushing and mixing food products of various consistency and subsequent heat treatment to obtain a homogeneous pasty mixture.

The principle of operation of the ADAMAS SP-350 Melting Boiler: recipe components are put into the food bowl for initial grinding and mixing. Thus, an even distribution of all components of the mixture is achieved. After the initial preparation of the product, to bring it to a pasty state, melting and further mixing of the product takes place, if necessary, the mixture is evacuated before the start of fine grinding (homogenization). During the heat treatment process, the product is circulated through a fine grinding system, due to which a uniform consistency of the final product is obtained.

The vacuum system is also used to suck dry additives from the side-mounted hopper.
Thanks to the automation of technological processes and control according to a given program using a computer, stable product quality is ensured.

To load the grinding and melting chamber, the equipment can be equipped with a lift that lifts the cart with the raw material and dumps it into the receiving hopper and trolleys.
