Emulsifier ADM1-OM18 for the purpose of eliminating technologically stable emulsions of milk and tall fats in case of spreading spreads and products with a combined fat phase (condensed milk, syringes, dairy desserts, sour cream). The emulsifier can be used for storing a wide range of single products: mayonnaise, sauce, ketchup.

Emulsifier ADM1-OM18 can be used up to group ІКН, type I, approved up to GOST 27.003-90

  • probability of failure-free operation of the emulsifier for at least 3000 hours
  • average recovery time at the object of operation by forces and means of the duty shift is not more than 2 hours
  • the average resource of the emulsifier before overhaul is at least 2 years.
