Homogenization is carried out in order to improve the consistency of the oil and the stability of the taste under storage conditions. At the same time, there is a decrease in moisture loss during small packaging and an improvement in the appearance of packaged oil briquettes. The homogenizer is designed to work at dairy factories, factories and refrigerators in butter filling lines in conjunction with a filling machine of the APM series, as well as as a separate process equipment.

Butter homogenizer M1-ADM is intended for homogenization of butter obtained by conversion of high-fat cream just before its packaging.
The use of M1-ADM allows obtaining a more uniform consistency and temperature of butter intended for packaging, which is especially important for obtaining high-quality packaging.
The use of the M1-ADM homogenizer as an intermediate equipment for small packaging does not affect such characteristics of butter as fat content, moisture content, taste and appearance.
